Looks nice. Things I would done differently.
1. In Photoshop you can make the line width smaller
2. Shading is nice but also considering lighting like hard-light ( dynamic light )
3. Body is meh ( I take it you are really young ) but you need to just add more shapes. Just make an outline, rough draft.
4. Not going into details but the outline and contrast needs some more input. Your making white or light skin that reflects pink you should also consider how it is formed or what skin complexion reflects light. Otherwise in terms of representative lighting could work as well.
